Re: USEFUL AWAY GAME TIPS...........

Check the Rail/Sail options from Rosslare to any of the Welsh games, (or Dublin Port is Scarlets play in Wrexham). Save accommodation fees by sleeping on the Crossing and Train. For the terminally alcoholic amongst you the Ship bars are open on all crossings.

Re: Leinster ranked 7th in Europe

These ranking would have more relevance if the French/English teams were to consider the HEC as their primary competition, in the way that some on his forum consider it to be for us. Most Premiership fans would take a league title over the HEC, and i dare say the same is true for the French. As many...

[quote="Leinster Zulu"]Saracens and Gloucester are both badly off form at the moment .quote] Saracens had a terrible game Sunday. Only managed to get 33 points each half! I fancy their chances against the O's. Will be a different game to the Millenium s/f. Saracens v Munster at the Ricoh w...

Re: Making Good Friday a Great Friday

Christmas and Easter were pagan festivals long before they were hijacked by the Christian community. I'm almost certain that's untrue of Easter but am open to correction. Easter developed from the Old English word Eastre. The name refers to the goddess Eostre, who was celebrated at the Spring equin...

Re: Special Aer Arann Deal for Llanelli Away (ML)

You could go to Cardiff on Aer Arann on Friday and back on Sunday for about €270 - obviously saving on the trek from Bristol. But only thing is a second nights accommodation. Ferry out and back for me. €44 Dublin Port to Llanelli. £25 Llanelli to Rosslare. €17 Rosslare to Dublin (Bus). Llanelli is ...

Re: leinster h-cup group

Question? If the Magners League disappears, due to the lack of being taken seriously in certain quarters, and the sponsors pulling out, what then for HC Cup qualifying. The Provinces in a round robin tournament with the winner getting the Irish HC slot? The Welsh Provinces also in a round robin tour...

Re: A very well-balanced Munster fan - a chip on both shoulders!

Tonight I,ve Just booked a flight with Aer Lingus to Heathrow from Dublin, out 05/04/08, back 06/04/08. Total price €106 inc taxes. I could have got it €34 cheaper. If you are not prepared to search for all the alternatives then theres no point complaining, Its a case of thinking outside of the box....

Re: Special Aer Arann Deal for Llanelli Away (ML)

Does anybody know what the story will be for tickets for the game itself? I know Llanelli have had a lousy season, but I'd still rather not chance going over without one. Incidentally I will be eschewing the bargain flight, to go to Bristol for about €35, then get the train to Pembroke after the ga...

Hmmm flights for Edinburgh are €100 for all possible dates, anyone going to take a gamble and book? Is Brum the closest airport for Leicester? East Midlands is the closest airport, Ryanair fly there. I've never known anywhere that the front row is "row Z". Hence the expression "he kicked that ball into row Z" (referring to the top of the stand). Mondello Park Granstand has A at the very top, and on Sunday was full of people who hadn't mastered the art of the Alphabet. (They ...

Sh1t! Really? Am only arriving in Gatwick at 13:00. Hopefully no delays on Ryanair. :? You'll have to get the gatwick express into London Victoria, which takes 30 mins. You'll then need to get the tube to Marylebone. It's either 4 stops and 2 changes, or 5 stops and 1 change, but you should be able...
