Re: Grahamunster - Graham Rowntree's Munster 2022/2023

If a coaching decision is based on character and respect, I would imagine that Sexton is bottom of most people’s lists? Not a take that many would agree with if any at all. Sexton is a winner ,driven ,clever and hard as nails, is he a likeable character on the field ? ,that's different he comes acr...

Re: Heineken Champions Cup Final 2023

Re dog etc ,it's drive isn't it ,it's will to win and leadership, willing to put your head on the line and fight,Dan leavy what a loss to ye and Ireland had it in spades. Where I think leinster fell down crucially was in the Final 10 mins. 3 times inside the 22 jgp had opportunities to set up a winni...

Re: Grahamunster - Graham Rowntree's Munster 2022/2023

Munster fans would overwhelmingly support ROG, and most would do so without even asking questions about his temperament or the playing style. He has a free pass. They would have done it before he won 2 Heineken Cups. ROG couldn't recruit like LAR have and doesn't have the starting squad either. He ...

Re: Grahamunster - Graham Rowntree's Munster 2022/2023

Based on the number of times over the last 3 days that you mentioned you live “near” France, and that every French person you have spoken to hates ROG, I find it difficult to imagine that you would be in anyway receptive to anyone saying anything positive about ROG, or having the opinion that they ...

Re: Leinster v La Rochelle Heineken Cup Final Sat 28th May 4.45 Marseille

As munster fan ,firstly haven't posted in good while but genuine hard luck on result ,small bits of momentum swing tight finals and it just didn't happen for leinster yesterday. I think overall that their bench contributed more impact in last 20 than leinsters which was surprising as they were down ...

Re: Summer tour to Australia

Don't think you can fault the bench, most of those lads aren't bench players they're starters, still worth the experiment. Stander should have fed Jordi possibly the easier try but we'll never know. Actually thought Stander had a decent game at 8, got some go forward. Kicking against Falou is just ...

Re: Leinster's Halfback Options going forward

Fittingly it’s about an entity that keeps taking. Coming from Munster fans that comment might look like you’re encouraging an argument that had petered out. Not at all ,I've no interest in it continuing just found that coment funny and embarrassing really . My take on carbery is he was offered a ch...

Re: Leinster's Halfback Options going forward

Munster just want to have their cake and eat it. They can't bare their irrelevance and are selling their soul to keep it. It's no more a Munster team now than it is a North African one or a South Leinster one, with a very generous sprinkling of Orange Men. They're not willing to fail by giving thei...

Re: A whiff of Cordite

Don't post here much if at all so firstly and a bit jealously congrats on win and great season. I was at game south stand first time since 2008,couldn't understand if you have seats you don't need seat numbers especially for a final which most thought would be near capacity. On latecomers yes there ...

Not regular poster here but do so from time to time . Not the final most hoped for, in some ways would have preferred to face leinster even at "home from home " but ye didn't turn up after Playing some really good rugby this year .A bit more experience on the night would have helped ,heas...

Re: Connacht 2016/17

disappointing end to Lams tenure at the helm but great progress being made in connacht. a pro 12 championship win would have been a dream a few years back and to think the irfu were lets say not too keen on connacht rugby back in the day.
