Scotland v Ireland. 2:30 pm. Saturday 21st March.
Kearney is great in the air and has a good kicking game but is stale in attack. Felix doesn't have international speed either. My preference would be for Zebo at 15. Zebo was rag dolled a few times against wales.I don't think joe allows him enough freedom. Big question marks remain about Tommy Bowes ...

Cronin ,Healy and Henderson should get a start against Scotland. We need impact at the beginning of games too.Marty Moore was happy to have parity against a reject prop running on an empty oxygen tank-poor performance. The pack needs to be freshened up

Re: Munster 2014/2015
Surprised there is no update/clarification on DRyan, Sherry and Sheridan. Strong rumours about all three. The early retirement rate and number of longterm injuries/misdiagnoses down south is simply obscene. That said, according to Twitter, Creevy is a done deal, which is odd given they still have m...

Re: Ireland vs France
The big question is will Dave Cahill's mini me be able to lock the scrum out in the last 20 minutes?

Re: What now for Madigan?
I can see Madigan moving, but it wont be because he isn't getting game time at 10, its because he gets a lucrative offer from abroad and wants to check it out. Same as Johnny did. He has always said hes a 10, but hes also said he'll play anywhere. Madigan is the Irish version of Giteau. Hugely tale...

Re: Italy V Ireland (Rome 6Nations 2015)
Keatley is a better touch finder and defender than Madigan.I think Madigan will go down as the most overhyped Leinster player of all time. The hype did him no good in the end.Leinster don't trust him enough to play him at 10 but you expect the national team to.

Re: Italy v Ireland
Moore is starting, better to find out now if he is up to it against Italy and France rather than in the World Cup Wouldn't agree with that sort of logic. For a TH prop he's very young. His development, both at club and international level, needs to be handled very carefully. We will know after the f...

It's so soft it's almost silent,I have seen nothing from him to warrant international selection,he wouldn't make my Leinster team if I was picking it

Italy v Ireland
Luke has 2 HEC medals- he was on the treatment table
for the 3rd as well as last year.
It's worse to be on a winning team and not scoring.I think Trimble or Earls should have been on the 2009 slam team.

Re: Italy v Ireland
I think if Earls was in the running for a start on the wing he would have played there for Wolfhounds Lukes upset tummy has worked against him Not sure DK has been playing enough/well enough this season Luke or Earls have to be in 23 somewhere to provide centre cover as RK, Zebo and DK dont do that...

Re: Pro 12 - General Thread
Its entirely possible that Foley doesn't know. When Stander takes Heaslips Jersey we will be able to get our 5th EPOTY nominee and Irish vice captain Jamie Heaslip? FYI stander will be IQ by the rwc, just a bit too early to get into the squad.......so actually you'll be able to bring a decent outsi...

Re: Munster 2014/2015
The munster academy has provided Ireland with its last 4 scrum half's.Its 15 years since Leinster produced a decent one.You would have to go back 15 year since you produced a decent hooker too in the Mullet. At second row it's one respectable second row in 15 years.Surely who ever is over you academy...
