Re: Leinster Squad 21-22
Disappointed to see him go, felt like him and Dave did very well together on the wings in a lot of games. We seem very light in the back 3 now with Rob, Ferg, Barry Daly and now Cian leaving (Adam Byrne's injury issues don't help either). We only really have Dave, Lowe, Larmour and Keenan as senior ...

Re: SOB's perspective on underage club rugby in the province:
More investment and help for the club game is always a good thing but it should be acknowledged that the clubs are producing a reasonable amount of players. Off the top of my head there is: Dooley/Milne, Delahunt/McElroy, Vakh/Tadhg/Aungier, Deeney/Alan O'Connor/Dave O'Connor, Izuchukwu, SOB, Boyle,...

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20
Hi Guys, We have also seen Leinster players move from Leinster to Ulster and Connacht, but for some reason these transfers are acceptable? Saying that, in general, if you look at the match day 23 from this season for each of the 4 franchises, then you will see that Munster are generally in the top ...

Re: A whiff of Cordite
Scott penny at 20 only has the games he has because he is with Leinster that much is clear. In December 2018, Munster and Leinster played an A game that was streamed on Facebook, I watched it and Munster won handily largely because Hodnett played out of his skin and completely out performed his opp...

Re: Leinster's Backrow going forward.
Harrison Brewer is playing with the Red Hurricanes in Japan. Marty Banks is the only player in their squad that I recognise.
Before that he played with Manuwatu in the Mitre 10 with Cruden and Nehe Milner-Skudder.

A player I'm excited to see next season that hasn't been mentioned is Gavin Mullin, I saw him play Vs Bristol in the B&I cup last season and was very impressed.
We have 2 good options at 13 as it is, but 1 could be with Ireland and 1 could be injured and he could get some minutes.

Re: Munster v Leinster St Stephen's Day 3.15 TG4 & Sky Sport
If Henshaw plays in this game, 67% (or 4 out of 6) of Pro14 regular season games he has played in will have been against Munster. The other 2 games were against the Ospreys in January 2017 and Zebre in April 2017. He has played in 11 Champions Cup games and 1 Pro14 play-off game.

6. "Donnacha Ryan is denied an IRFU contract due to his age yet Heaslip and Toner are handed deals until 2020. There’s no money to give Zebo an IRFU contract yet Leinster have two looseheads for example (Healy and McGrath) on central deals, while Rob Kearney also signed a three-year central de...

Re: Barry Daly
Daly was U-20 in 2012 wasn't he? Same side as Furlong and Conan only got 4 u20 caps, youd want to be shooting lightning bolts of your backside to get into the Leinster academy with that pedigree  And in those 4 caps he beat England, France and South Africa and lost to England. This was the ma...

Re: Scotland v. Ireland
I'm nervous about Keith Earls being in the starting squad, not because he's a bad player but because he is bad luck for Ireland in the 6 Nations. The only significant teams we have beaten with him in the team are England in 2010 and Wales in 2013 (he came on as a sub in that game and we lost the por...

Re: Munster 2016-2017
Racing are 8th in the top 14 and face a real struggle to reach the playoffs and Europe for next season, I'd expect them to rest the big names for this one, Munster to win with a bonus point imo. I looked up Munsters centres and noticed that Bohane is the same age (25), height (1.90m) and weight (95k...

Re: Munster v Leinster St Stephen's Day 5.30 Sky/TG4
Can anyone tell me if Munster have produced a senior outside centre in the professional era? (don't say Earls). I was just thinking about it in light of Pienaar leaving Ulster and the rumour that Taute is staying with Munster. The reason Pienaar is leaving is because Ulster have not produced a scru...

Reider Back. Marsh not far away. Hopefully at least 2 or 3 games outa Sexto before 6Nations.... It's all coming together like a well orchestrated porn film. Sent from the butt enda me boll1x (without) using my brain. Tell us about Reiders senior appearances in the 10 jersey.... whats that? None? Ah...

Fup the telegraph, we dont no english media blowin smoke up our arses anyhow. Hartley's deliberate strike to the back of the head of SOB was immeadiatley put into the "reckless" category, which was a premeditated attempt to downplay it. I'd imagine by the end of the week the narrative wil...

With Barry Daly playing and being from Kilkenny, I think the only counties that are not represented in the Leinster squad are Laois and Longford, we will become a 12 county army soon. He also only turned 24 on the 19th of September, he played U-20s with the likes of Stuart Olding, JJ Hanrahan, Luke ...

Oliver Jager and Harrison Brewer played against each other in the Mitre 10 today for Canterbury and Manawatu, alongside players like Luke Whitelock, Ben Volavola, Richie Mo'unga and Johnny McNicholl. Manawatu won 19-13 which was a big upset considering Canterbury were averaging 50+ points a game, Ma...

Leinster won the 2013 and 2014 B&I cups with young back lines, we have been producing players but most of their progress was blocked by Tuqiri, Fanning, McGrath and Gopperth being picked ahead of them by MO'C and they moved on. Conway- gone to Munster. Macken- gone to Wasps. Coghlan-Murray- gone...
