Re: 6 Nations 2020
Couldn’t agree more. I was totally stumped as to why he was selected for the RWC squad, and then basically not used. I love Joe like any Leinster supporter, but that was one decision he made that looked weird at the time and was weird. You’d generally trust he had a plan for him, and maybe he did, b...

Re: Pro 14 - General Thread
Barca in La Liga, Real Madrid in Champs League, Bayern in Bundesliga, All Blacks, Saracens in English prem. They all dominate, or have dominated in the past, their respective competitions. And then the likes of AC Milan who were so dominant, and now a bag of shite. Same with Arsenal and Man U - tho...

Some Munster fans have said that Kleyn has picked up a neck injury and will be out for a while, so we might not know if he’s dropped or injured.

He's been stealing a living.
I reckon I could have been just as bad as him, but for a much lower wage.
That's him finished I suppose. Nobody will hire him again this side of the equator.

http://www.the42.ie/ireland-six-nations-referee-england-3902803-Mar2018/ Saturday's assistant referee van der Westhuizen involved in England training. Not a great look, in my opinion. Leaves him wide open to accusations, and assuming he is paid for his time I think it's a fairly clear conflict of in...

English team undone at the breakdown by Pro14 ref! It's the Champs cup all over again. to be fair Nigel was absolutely shite yesterday again - totally arbitrary in some of his decisions. I really hope we don't have to suffer him reffing us again Calling it back for a peno off that the intercept was...

I for one am unable to scream me guts out during the 6 Nations urging the likes of Conor Murray and Earlsy on and as soon as the tournament is over to automatically recategorise them as "the enemy". Shoulder to shoulder - knowwharamean? It's easy, you just treat them as two completely dif...

Re: Munster v Leinster St Stephen's Day 3.15 TG4 & Sky Sport
Lee Byrne for Wales was a specialist in jumping with a high knee. He did more than that - he led with the studs. Sole of the foot pointing towards the opposition as best he could. Never liked it, it's looking for trouble. Here he is putting the boot into Hugo Southwell's face, fully intentionally. ...

Perhaps not. SBW pleaded guilty and his took 90 minutes - presumably pleading innocent is going to add quite a bit of time even in the simplest cases.Ruckedtobits wrote:But it took a 3-hour Hearing. Clearly, some contenious issue.simonokeeffe wrote:That moved pleasantly quickly

Re: The looking forward to the Lions Tour thread
What reasoning there might be for dropping Teo escapes me entirely 2 passes, 9 carries and 14 metres gained. 0 clean breaks. 0 defenders beaten. 2 offloads. 6 tackles, none missed. It's really not a good return. That's prop-level metres per carry, in all honesty. Not even 2m per carry. http://en.es...
