Re: Leinster Squad 23-24
Anyone really excited about Soroka getting more game time this year? I think he's probably a 6 long term. Adds a lot of 'thug' to those teams he played in. I think he could challenge Baird for that no.6 jersey. Between himself and McCarthy it would add a lot of bite to that pack that has been missin...

Re: RDS redevelopment
The ground is in drastic need of redevelopement. Regardless of respect etc the Anglesea is nearing 100 years old. Terrible fan experience. Both ends need to be covered ( Biased as this is where my ST is ). The main issue is that Leinster don't hold a huge amount of sway in the decision making proces...

Re: Quarter Final vs Sharks, Sat 6th May 17:00 (RTE 2)
Even by URC standards, this is the worst highlights package I've ever seen. https://youtu.be/mWFOss9F7t4 How on earth do you expect to grow the brand and sell it to new fans when you can't even get the tries in chronological order? This is a recurring issue with professional rugby in Europe. The HC...

Re: Leinster Academy 22-23
Two really good sides. I know Deeny is fresh enough out of the academy, but still feels a little rare to see a fully contracted Leinster playing AIL. I'm probably going to go along to this, and think Clontarf will shade it. The more of this the better. Grow the quality of the AIL, give academy / no...

Re: Leinster Games in South Africa
Soroka's aggression is excellent too, always need a bit of niggle in our teams. Usually it comes from our NIQ players but not this time. You have to think he'll be a 6 long term, challenging Baird for that starting jersey. I would have zero worries about Milne going into our match day 23 in Europe, ...

The purchasing of the church in the corner of the stadium behind the grandstand could be crucial to developing matching stand on both sides of the pitch, even allowing for the temporary North & South stands. https://www.irishtimes.com/business/2022/11/09/rds-buys-st-marys-church-in-ballsbridge-f...

Felix Jones could be a great addition. In charge of SA defence since Nienebar went upstairs apparently.

I think we're gonna end regretting this more and more! Cannot understand Ulster not offering him a contract over Burns, he's got a much higher ceiling

by mildlyinterested OneLungDavy Is Ihechi Oji injured? no dropped. Is it a loss of form or has he reached his natural peak in terms of where he is going professionally? I heard that Munster & Ireland set him a very definitive weight he had to maintain and he failed to do so.

Re: Ireland U20s 2023
No.8 Brian Gleeson from Munster looks a serious prospect. Still u19 but is massive, ( 6'5 would be my guess ) and a great old school carrier. Don't know if he'll start this year given the strength of the back row with McNabney, Quinn and Mangan but looks impressive.

As the next senior national representative side, the All Blacks XV will have the same high expectations as the other Teams in Black. Does ...

That's for the 2023/24 season apparently. He still has a year left on his Montpellier contract. It's just so he is eligible for selection for the world cup.
