Re: Pro 14 Final vs Munster, March 27th. 5pm. @ The RDS.
If Munster win it's down to a mythical and spiritual intangibles that only they posses or can understand. If they lose it's because Leinster have a population comparable to that of India and the DART has school children riding on the outside every morning on their way to rugby development academy pr...

Re: Pro 14 Final vs Munster, March 27th. 5pm. @ The RDS.
It. Just. Never. Gets. Old. I'd by lying if I said I wasn't nervous coming in to this game, sometimes the fear of losing, at home, to Munster, in a final is enough to give me anxiety, the external noise from the "experts" can sometimes get through as well, but thankfully the Leinster bubbl...

Re: Rumour Mill
I see the usual members of the brains trust are on patrol! :mullet 1: So a contracted player in the academy decides to jump ship to another province, is that a true or false equivalency to a player who retired and then came back when allowed to do so by the IRFU? Is it a fact that the other province...

Re: Rumour Mill
Once you're gone, you're gone. There's enough young talent coming through that we don't need to give a contract to a player who threw one and the investment in his development back in our face. Dangerous precedent making those players think there's a way back.

Sean Cronin
Don't know if this was mentioned elsewhere, but I think Sean Cronin deserves special mention for scoring his 34th and 35th try over the weekend, moving him to 8th in the list of leading all time try scorers, only Jamie Heaslip has scored more tries as a forward (38) and he sits above the likes of Lu...

Ah dude you can do better than that surely! That one didn't even make sense! The upside being no one has to read your rubbish anywhere else, the downside being this is your final little bridge to troll under, so you're here ad nausea posting your sh*te and silly little pictures. Try to keep up dear...

The only downside to your permanent ban from other rugby board sites, eh?wixfjord wrote:No unfortunately I took it all in!COYBIB wrote:Missed the last line I take it? Thanks for the throwback to 2003 by the way! I always say, memes are the highest form of wit!

Re: Munster v Leinster Sat 29th 5.15pm
Well, if you were wondering what the Leinster lads thought of Judas Joey throwing a decade of time and hundreds of thousands of euro spent on his rugby development back in Leinsters face, you certainly know now. Joey was brutally manhandled by Sexton all night, judo throws, in his ear all night, off...

Re: Munster v Leinster Sat 29th 5.15pm
Spot on in all of that. Munster seem incapable of producing top class locks, props or 10's. Leinster are almost a victim of their own success. Producing big numbers year after year and struggling to give them all ample game time is causing them big problems. Munster and Ulster seem to think it's ea...

Re: 5th Province
Don't Munster / IRFU own the back pitches? If so it's probably marginally bigger than the site the Aviva is built on. In terms of long term strategy, not basing the team in cork was a massive mistake imo.

Re: 5th Province
Keep it at four, Leinster, Ulster, South Munster (based in Cork) and North Munster (incorporating Connacht). North Munster to play their home games in Thomond with the occasional game against Zebre or the Dragons in Galway. Already a motorway between Limerick and Galway so happy days. Independent p...

Re: Leinster v Ulster
It's a 15 min walk / 5 minute cab ride. Selection again will be interesting this week. I think if I had to choose between Fardy and Ruddock for the 6 jersey, I'd choose Fardy, but then the implications to players coming through that would be stripped from us as a result wouldn't be worth it, but tha...

Re: Munster v Leinster Sat 29th 5.15pm
That was a healthy rattle at this point in the season, I'm not sure if it was poor discipline from Leinster or just bad luck with the amount of incidents that warranted cards, but immediately we're playing with one hand tied behind our back, then the intercept sealed it, although to be honest I wasn...

Re: Pro 14 - General Thread
Just 3 points between 2nd and 5th now in our conference, Benneton sitting in a play-off spot, it's been a difficult campaign so far from the leagues perspective, nobody has kept pace with us in the conference, Scarlets have been very disappointing and it looks like their little purple patch may now ...

Cian Healy was binned for multiple infringements. I think Munster are now on their last warning.

Johnny just manhandled Carbery to the ground like he was a child. lol. Hopefully he makes the rugby a man against boy situation too.

Re: Munster v Leinster Sat 29th 5.15pm
It will be interesting to see what team Leo will pick. Given that the kids pulled it out of the bag against Connacht, and the fact that the two games after Munster are Ulster and Scarlets at home, #2 and #3 in our conference, they would be much higher priority than Munster as winning both of those g...
