Re: Ulster, Away, March 6th, 7.35pm
What have they done to Jordi up North? He just doesn't look fit and now spends his time hanging around on the periphery of things. The contrast between his standard of play and that of his erstwhile Leinster rivals Ruddock and VDF is stark. And the 1973 haircut needs to go

Re: 6 Nations 2021
A serious word needs to be had about the carry on of the TMOs yesterday. Poite must be the only person on the planet who didn't believe that Henderson had scored a try. Such was his arrogance that he didn't give the ref a look at the incident and then allowed him to compound the error by letting him...

Re: 6 Nations 2021
Brutal day out there. The conditions are more Ross Byrne than Billy Burns, more Cooney than JGP. I think rugby should follow example of football and allow coaches to name their team on the day. It is a real pity that there won't be a crowd to make Lansdowne more inhospitable for Les Bleus. Goal kick...

Re: 6 Nations 2021
On the Ringrose offload, I think he threw it as he was being held up in the tackle and it would have likely resulted in a Welsh scrum. Now obviously it didn't work out but I actually think it was a fair call, poorly executed on his and supporting teammates side. Surprised nobody mentioned this. He ...

Re: 6 Nations 2021
Last week Virgin were playing reruns of old 6N games and I watched the 2015 Scotland match in Murrayfield. I know it should be bleeding obvious that players change over 6 years but I couldn't get over how much better both Murray and Sexton were then than they have been in the past couple of seasons....

Re: Away to Scarlets, 30/01, Saturday @ 7.35pm
it has to be said that this is a pretty poor Scarlets team. Still it is nice to see a relatively error-free performance from Leinster. Can you imagine the hype if Healy played as well as Harry has tonight?

Lovely restarts from HB, he could give Jonny a few tips. Great seeing Jack Conan back putting in a big shift. Its a shame that Luke is taking a step but he did do well for Kelliher try. Nice finish on that one

Re: Munster Away 26/12 19:35 Eir Sport 1
With the clock in the red zone at the end of the first half, most teams would have used a penalty in their own 22 to end the half. This team, led by Sexton's doggedness, thought otherwise and put together a really impressive two minutes culminating in a dodgy enough penalty which was converted for a...

Re: Munster Rugby - Semi Conscious, the Series Finale??? - 2020/21
OK I know its over 10 years since poor Tom Williams suffered that awful bloody injury to his mouth but I do find it amusing to hear Harlequins moaning about their suspicions (whether real or contrived) that an opposition might possibly engage in a spot of subterfuge in order to deceive the match off...

Re: Pro 14 - General Thread
So far this season, the record of Irish teams is won 16 lost 1. There is a fundamental problem with this league. Every now and then one Welsh or Scottish side has a good year or two before dropping back into their usual mediocrity. The rugby public in those countries is indifferent and doesn't deman...

Re: Ospreys away, Sunday, Nov 8th 3pm
Ruddock really is such an incredible go-to option for the coaches. Regardless of the match, whether its a knock-out Heineken match or a scrappy error fest like today, he is always there to make the hard yards, the dominant tackle or the crucial turnover. Absolute legend

Re: 8 Nations 2020
Farrell must be one of the few remaining Murray fans, selecting him ahead of Cooney and even Luke is a puzzling call. JGP a merited pick.
I'm glad to see Carty back. Stockdale is steeped.
Worried about Furlong now. Delighted for Ed

TV viewing of quarter final
The match tomorrow is on BT3. 2 questions: how do you get BT3 and can you just pay for this match alone?
Feel free not to mention any alternative less than legal means of watching as that would be immoral and wrong.
Thanks
