Re: Leinster v Salarysins
Having a strong bench to come on for the last 30 minutes could be the winning of this game. Furlong (fingers crossed), kelleher, Fardy and VDF coming on is essentially a mirror of why Saracens beat us last year in newcastle

Re: Leinster v Salarysins
is this saturdays game a era-defining one for this current leinster side and coaching setup? To my mind it’s the biggest Leinster game since Munster 09. Losing means that not only do we not have a chance to win Europe but it also gives those cheats a chance to get to 4 stars and on equal pedigree w...

Re: A whiff of Cordite
Seems Zebo might be given the heave-ho by Racing what with Kurtley Beale joining them next season. This causes Ruaidhrí O'Connor to plead in today's Indo, that "Munster must move heaven and earth" to bring the 30 year old prodigal son home. What gives? I thought the kitty down LImerick way was empt...

Re: Leinster v Salarysins
Any chance of seeing a Connors VDF Doris back row? I’ve heard talk of it over the last few days but the lack of carrying versatility worries me. Already worried that in the tight James Ryan and Healy are our only two decent carriers and still nowhere near what Saracens can offer Porter and Kelleher...

There’s no way you can give less than 2 weeks for that tackle. Even Saracens won’t be able to wiggle out of this one

I honestly can’t get over how good porridge is every time I see him play. It’s getting hard to leave him out of our Heineken cup 23 these days. Is he ready for a big heineken cup game against a big pack?

Re: Pro 14 Semi-final vs ???
That gives them a 5 day turn around from their game on Sunday v Connacht. With injuries to Kleyn, Snyman and beirne it’s going to be a tough turnaround for them after the must win match on Sunday

Re: Munster in the Aviva, August 22nd, 7.35pm KO
I think Munster will come out of that one a lot happier than we will. The way we play means it’s going to take us longer to get back to that level of fluidity.
Also, how much better are Munster with Casey? They didn’t have a fluent attack until he came on.

Commentators are on their knees for Munster the whole game. Munster haven’t had a fluent attack bar their usual kick to the corner and pressure all game

Re: Munster in the Aviva, August 22nd, 7.35pm KO
Getting nervous but excited for the game tomorrow. We are obviously better but we look to have essentially three year one senior players in the pack. Like a few above I would have liked to have seen one of Dev/Rhys/Furlong in there. No offence at all to Ryan Baird but he is up against RG Snyman. Wh...

So Munster are looking for injury cover for Carbery..... does that mean stealing one of ours (after they got rid of bill johsnston) or given more money to sign another foreign player

Munster are going to announce soon that Carbery will be our for an indefinite period. I have to say I feel sorry for him.... Expect Munster to come sniffing from our stock now though with bleyndall and carbery potentially not being available next year Confirmed. https://twitter.com/munsterrugby/sta...

Re: Munster in the Aviva, August 22nd, 7.35pm KO
You’d wonder how long Munsters reliance on foreign players is sustainable. If you look at their match day 23 who is the young top talent they’re getting through. I reckon if they don’t win a trophy in the next 2 years they’ll be in big trouble

Sorry to be the bearer of more bad news but sexton has injured his calf in training now too.
Will be very difficult to beat Saracens now.

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20
Being reported that the IRFU “strongly encouraged” the move. It’s a f%~king joke. He was doing well and likely to get more game time this year
