Re: Leinster v Leicester - Sat 6 April, 20.00 RTE2

Well played, thought we were competitive for the most part, but we made errors and discipline wasn't top notch, that's it for another year, better concentrate on the domestic league.

Re: Leinster v Leicester - Sat 6 April, 20.00 RTE2

I thought Harry had earned the start over Ross for this one, and a little disappointed to not see Rob Russell or Michael Milne in the 23, but I understand the selection. It's great to see Hugo back and Andrew Porter fit. Curious why Reffell, Martin & Chessum have missed out for Leicester, are t...

Sorry to hear you have been unwell tigerburnie. I have always enjoyed your balanced posts on here. Leicester, for all its extraordinary successes over the years, has always had a proper bunch of fans who have been far more interested in the game og rugbyvthan in trying to land cheap shots on opposi...

Ah good shout. tigerburnie still around? it's starting at garden of remembrance, just off O'Connell street 2-3pm saturday. I think it's the "Ireland is full" mob....if you mention they are like the National Front or British First, they should get the gist. they had the same stuff in engla...

Re: Leinster v Leicester - Sat 6 April, 20.00 RTE2

Any further word on who is looking likely to be available or not this weekend after the hefty injury update a few days ago? I was over in Lourdes earlier in the week and all your lads were there for the miracle cure, so pretty sure you will field a full strength side...................................

Healey thinks he is in charge, he is becoming an irritating little tw@t even to Leicester Tigers fans

Re: Leicester v Leinster Sat 20th 3.15 TNT Sports

  , we have the individuals to cause an upset and beat anyone, but for whatever reason we are not performing as a team yet, a lot of new faces and only 10 teams with a huge gap in games whilst the 6 Nations was on seemed to have caught us with our pants down. I think the league is now unwi...

Re: Leicester v Leinster Sat 20th 3.15 TNT Sports

It would seem some one forgot to introduce the players to each other. First game back for the internationals, so ring rusty, we did score four tries but with Pollard sending in a sick note our kicker forgot his boots. Onwards and hopefully upwards.

What's it like having a quality politician? can't remember the last one we had in the UK, Scotland doesn't have any with any credibility, we get an election later this year and what a shower we have to choose from.

Re: England v Ireland Saturday 9th March 2024 4.45pmTwickenham

I think it's fair to say on the day we saw the two better sides almost come out even in most departments, both sides blooding inexperienced players and both looking good for the future. As far as I am concerned you measure yourselves against who you see as the best around, going into yesterdays game...

Re: England v Ireland Saturday 9th March 2024 4.45pmTwickenham

Decent game well contested, could have gone either way, but I think the English forwards did enough to take it. Young players like Martin and Chessum have been needed, we need a better choice for props though, Marler and Cole really are on their use by date now and Care and Dombrandt are not the an...

Either Borthwick has a cunning plan or he is out of his depth, if this gets messy he could be under pressure from the English press and out of a job by Easter. For what it's worth he needs another at least to settle, but I doubt he will get it.
