Re: Chabal To Become a Referee

Can you imagine the sight of him in the reffing gear with the hair and the whistle and parents on the sideline roaring at him for a penalty. I'd nearly make a trip over to see it

Re: Leinster vs Northampton Saints

I was confident but now I'm getting worried. A combination of over-confidence, injuries and Pepe le pugh at referee is bugging the hell out of me. Munster got destroyed by us in 09 from nowhere and I am concerned that Northampton could give us the shock of our lives if either O'Driscoll or Strauss ...

Re: anyone know what colour kit we are wearing?

The boys and I have implemented a rule that we have to wear whatever we were wearing in Embra. The fact that we're all a lot fatter now and some of us were wearing kilts could all add up to us looking ridiculous. I know that's not strictly related to what colour kit the players are wearing, just ex...

I've always wanted to sleet in an oxygen tent. Would the extra oxygen would lead to increased stamina?

Sean O'Brien Interview on the Saints

Leinster have a second Heineken Cup title in the space of just three seasons in their sights - but ace back row forward Sean O'Brien is quick to warn "we have won nothing yet" as they prepare to face Northampton Saints in the 2011 Heineken Cup final at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday. S...

Re: Munster -v- Leinster (Celtic Grand Final)

If anyone has a spare ticket i'd appreciate one. I have been getting my tickets though my club this year but there are no club tickets for the Final. Guess it serves me right for not being a STH! Anyway if anyone has a spare I really want to head down to Limerick (Assuming i make it back from Cardif...

Re: Roof on Millenium Stadium for final

Whats the "real" benefit of either open or closed. I know it'll keep the rain out  but is there any other factors - what do people prefer? The only benefit for me is that I've never been in a stadium with a roof so it will be pure novelty! If it rains there may be another bene...

Re: ERC rankings

Shame would have been nice to Ulster get a 2nd tier spot and have a decent crack at getting to the Q/F again. They were stuck in a bit of a vicious circle there as regards non-qualification and lack of ranking points due to some fairly unpleasent group draws for them. There but for the grace of god...

Or even the Ospreys in Ravenhill.
I could be wrong but is it not the case that the winner of Munster V Ospreys hosts the final?
