Re: Remax leinster League
so its a relaxed longford team with promotion in the bag against a must win clon team after droping points to clane and gorey and on the road ? Ash, Clon, Clane all in the same boat so.. Must win.. Clon will be looking to keep their excellent away form goin, only one loss all season.. What will rea...

Re: Remax leinster League
If Clane win their final 3, Clon lose in Longford and then beat KK, and Ashbourne beat Edenderry, will that relegate Clon to 4th? We are probably getting a little ahead of ourselves at the moment, it will be a little easier to predict after the Clon v Clane game. Yeah, a bit ahead of ourselves, but...

Re: Remax leinster League
NR, ya reckon Ashbourne are going to take 2nd place with one more win? And you have Clon beating Kilkenny? This puts Clon in 2nd with same wins, and the head to head with Ashbourne.. If Clon beat Clane, then Clon are top 3. If Clane beat Clon then last match against Ash is a monster as Clane could r...

Re: Remax leinster League
Clondalkin vs Gorey home win.
Edenderry vs Mullingar home win. Two very strong sides, but edenderry to jump over gorey and out of the relegation 4.
Kilkenny vs Roscrea home win
Longford vs Ashbourne home win with bonus. Longford to pretty much seal the league title here.

Re: Remax leinster League
Kilkenny hammered Ash when they weren't in form can't see them but winning on a good paddock. Clon and Kileknny have strong J2s and I think both are better equipped for Division 1B than either Longford or Clane. Ash not so sure they have a good set-up but are a bit young I think. I think you are ri...

Re: Remax leinster League
Grounds flooded according to the Clondalkin website. They will need to go unbeaten for the remainder of the season to have any chance of winning the title, however 2nd spot is guaranteed barring an unlikely collapse or an unlikely unbeaten run in from Ashbourne, Clane or Kilkenny. Title is Longford...

Re: Remax leinster League
There was a competition ruling last year that stipulates that in a home and away league each team must have an opportunity to play at home. Thus early in the season a fixture can be reversed if they haven't played but if the have played already a fixture cannot be reversed later on. Thus in this ca...

Re: Remax leinster League
AHHHHH Great point So the best thing to do is nothing at all !!!!! hmmmmm somehow i think it s a problem the powers that been need to address !! I will add though, that Mullingar informed Clondalkin quite early on Sunday, fair play to them, but the leinster branch refused to change the match to a p...

Re: Remax leinster League
So if a team really wants to they can let a team travel for an hour or two knowing that the pitch is frozen solid then when the travelling team get there you can just pass the parcel to the ref who has to call it on H & S grounds and he has to call it Surley all clubs have a home ref in them th...
