Tried a radio in Cardiff & couldn't pick anything up. The same one gets RefLink in the Aviva no problem.

Re: Ciano struggling

A bungee jump? I would have thought that a bit irresponsible/premature/risky (delete as per your feelings) for someone who has undergone any sort of spinal surgery recently!

Did he really do that or is it just the internet making things up?

Re: New kit

Did Heaslip just Instagram this and then delete it? Think he'd have a bit more cop on. It happened yesterday too. The crowd who do the club videos tweeted a picture of one of the players in the new shirt, then deleted it straight away. A bit careless all round. It may not be accidental. At least on...

Re: Pre-Season 15/16

Morkeshing in general has dis-improved hugely in the last few years. Complacency? Not caring about their fans? More effort needed. Especially if they want to fill a new 25000 seater. There has been a noticeable shift away from including the fans as important stakeholders to just concentrating on pr...

Hello, whats going on here then...

Gah, BOD. I used to be a consultant or something. Now I'm retired and working for the channel that ruined, ruined I say, the European cup.

Re: Friday's rant

We contacted my Dad on Sunday by phone and he is fine. He also Google+ed us yesterday. Strangely he was annoyed we were calling him. He was much further north so did not really understand the fuss as he did not realise how bad it was closer to the epicentre. He is not sure what will happen next and...

God... Enough of Huget, Dusautoir and Papé... There are just bringing some stupidity and average in this team. Marvin O'Connor is bringing something very special for Bayonne for years now. Arnaud Mela is surely the best french lock even at 35 since he disciplined his game. Vahaamahina is in the sta...

Kingsman - WTF? In a good or bad way? I'm still not quite sure! Its a spoof, fine I get that. But at times you think they are trying hard to make a good (spoof) movie, then all of a sudden they just throw something in and you go wonder what just happened there? I think it was directed by the same l...

Kingsman - WTF? and if you have children, especially young ones, that want to bring you to see 'Into the Woods' just prepare them that even though its based on fairytales, (*very minor spoiler alert) that doesn't mean there's always a happy ending There was a fair amount of explaining to be done to ...

Seems like LR doing a lot of the driving behind this. There must be change in the rental/lease agreement on the cards if this comes to pass.

If the player wants to leave (and from what I've heard it's the player and not Leinster who's forcing the move) then Connacht will struggle to hold onto him. There is not one bit of information or worry coming from the Connacht Fan Forum and a lot of them would be in the know about what is happenin...

Re: Leinster V Quins - Looking for the person sat beside me

Hi All, I know this is a total long shot and I have never done anything like this before... But peer pressure from my friends and a "What the Hell" attitude has prompted it. I was at the Leinster V Harlequins game on Saturday 13th in Lansdowne Road. There was a nice, attractive guy sittin...

In your scenario what I do is copy file to a private folder within my DB folder (i.e. Not in the Public folder) and right-click to generate a share/public link. It's a random link so is "almost private" (but could be guessed in rare circumstances or shared by the person you're sending the...

Re: Techy advice needed

it is an MP4 video.

Thanks - I have a dropbox account.

If I lash it in there then send the link to someone, they then follow the link and can can d/load, but I assume they only have access to that specific item?

I wouldn't want anyone seeing my 'special' files....

I would like to email a 650mb file. I would prefer to compress it in some way. My Mac has a 'compress' function which turns my 650mb file into a 629mb file which really isn't worth didlly squat to me. Is there another way? am I limited to 3rd party software to .zip (the correct term?) it enough to a...

Re: Sponsorship / Crowd funding / Need money....

I got passed by a runner wearing a blade in the Limerick marathon in 2012 which was slightly better than being passed in this years Dublin triathlon bike section by two lads on a tandem. I may need to consider other challenges. In fairness, I think you were passed out by a lot more people than that...
