Re: A whiff of Cordite

What did he say? https://twitter.com/wordmud/status/1418262098736402434?s=19 You could be generous and say that he didn't know Marcus Smith was of East Asian heritage (in which was he's bad at his job and should be fired) but that knowing chuckle at the end.. he knew exactly what he did. Good ridda...

Re: A whiff of Cordite

Franno fired from the Indo for racist comments about Marcus Smith on Luke Fitzgerald's podcast. Not listened to the podcast in question so I don't know if they took him to task on it but the fact it was published at all is mad (unless someone on the podcast wanted him gone)

We didn't get the game here, instead we got a re reun of England vs Germany 1966 ( I kid you not) Saw the highlights and was a good win with some cracking trys Coombes is going to be a really good player, good frame, good hands runs strongly and has a good rugby brain , there is a lot to like about...

Re: Ireland u20 2021

Excellent performance from the Irish - lots of standout performances. Obviously the (100% correct) red card had an effect on matters, but Ireland were just better in almost every area. Lasisi and Illo had their opposite numbers on toast, Kendellan was man of the match and Jamie Osbourne and Shane J...

Re: 2021 Lions

The UK Times, under the pen of our own Peter O'Reilly, has had an 'AI' editing nightmare that has yielded comedy gold. I quote: "Irish prostitute Ronan Kelleher has joined a Lions training camp as cover due to a shortage of prostitutes. Kelleher will participate in practice this week because K...

Re: Summer tour of Dublin 2021

While there's hope of him getting a Lion's call up there's no chance Sexton would be happy taking the summer off and I fully expect him to play. Same for all the other contenders (Healy, Ryan, Ringrose, even POM although he has no business being in contention for the Ireland team never mind the Lio...

Re: Glasgow V Leinster Rainbow Cup Friday 4th June 2015

Frank Murphy has been appointed to referee SA V Georgia this summer. No comment. Perhaps they are thinking about adding in commercial breaks into the game to sell more advertising like American Football. With Frank 'Staring at me Monitor' Murphy they could easily squeeze in 15-20 ads in a game as h...

Re: is the Rainbow Cup still going ahead?

Benneton v Ospreys might be off due to Osprey positive tests according to the42, meaning Benneton will be the NH representatives. So a game against Glasgow's 'kids', two games against Zebre and now possibly a walk over against Ospreys - feels like someone is desperate for Benetton to be the winners...
