Re: Please don't go

Much as I'd love to see Joe stay for as long as he keeps producing the results, I'd rather see him with Ireland. Deccie must be on his last legs now and a mediocre showing in the Autumn Internationals and the 6 Nations will seal his fate. P Browne should be begging Mik Dawson to welease woger!

Re: OLSC announces central London base for supporters

Fair play blaker. We've been going to Brogans for a few years now and they are always receptive to Leinster fans. It'll be great to have more of the blue army in the mix.

Re: A whiff of Cordite

Toland and Matt WIlliams by a country mile! I did like Trevor Brennan's ghost written articles when they were running so tip of the hat to 'you know who'. Also, Dean Ryan writes well in the Guardian/Observer. He also seems to be popping up more and more on Sky's rugby coverage which is a good thing....

Re: OLSC announces central London base for supporters

Fair play to the MRSC for that. I'll be joining them there later.

I phoned around a few pubs and Brogans in Fulham are not showing it but Phibbers in Holloway are showing it. Most of the pubs that show GAA games in London have a deal with Premiership Sports so they don't actually show RTE or TG4.

Re: Cycling

Continental GP4000 tyres will do a job for you.

Continental Gatorskins are a little more expensive but they will save you puncture hassle.

Re: Cycling

Coincidentally my friend asked me the same questions a few days ago so here is the answer I provided to him. None of this is FACT just my opinion. His budget is £1,000-1,500. Here are a few sites that I've used in the past. http://www.wiggle.co.uk/ http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Categories.aspx?...

Re: Watching the Magners League Grand Final in London

Brogans in Fulham are showing it. Or Phibbers on Holloway Rd. But O'Neills between Covent Garden and Holborn tube stops is a good spot to watch it. There's a great day of sport watching ahead of us. The Giro, the Premiership final, the Magners League final and some football game in north west London.

Re: Best signing........ever?

So in summary - for changing the attitude, mindset and ethos of what it means to wear a jersey and support the team, Chris Whittaker is the best signing that Leinster has ever made.

No arguments from me.

Driving from London with the brother on the Friday night. Sweet. Two places in the car for Leinster fans without a lift. Give me a shout if you want it. We are leaving from Putney at 7pm on the Friday night.

Best signing........ever?

Well Strauss is looking like a gem. Unpolished as yet but getting there. I'm looking forward to seeing him pull on an Irish shirt. It got me to thinking - who is the best signing for an Irish provincial team? Top of the list would have to be Williams for Munster and the incomparable Rocky. Howlett s...

Re: Seating in Twickers

I've just received my new tickets for Twickenham. I originally bought them directly from the London Irish website and they originally sent me tickets for the Madjeski stadium. Today they have reallocated the tickets for Twickenham. It worked out well for me. I was originally in the corner in the Eas...

England Legends v Ireland Legends

For anybody looking to watch some legends of the game face off against one another on Friday 26th February, head down to The Stoop in Twickenham. http://www.englandirelandlegends.co.uk/ It's all in aid of the injured players fund. And it's a re-visit to The Stoop for many happy Leinster supporters. ...

Re: 6 Nations England Tickets

Judging by the posts above this is probably a shot in the wind but...... My Irish mate who lives in Paris is looking to swop one match ticket. He has a ticket for the France v Ireland 6 Nations game in Stade de France on Saturday 13th February and wants to swop it for the England v Ireland 6 Nations...
