True, but there's no way the defending was legal. They were in from the side in the maul all match and the ref was very poor in that area.

Re: Dear Matt, Don't die wondering

I agree. Toulouse showed a few weeks ago that if you run them all over the pitch they can look their age. The biggest challenge is getting the better of Armitage at the breakdown. But hey give it a go, if we kick it to them all day they'll humiliate us

Atmosphere sounded great, well done. I'm in block K and couldn't make out the lyrics. Maybe posting new stuff in advance might help it spread around the ground.

Re: Leinster vs Munster March 29th

Never in doubt  But joking aside, once the Munster ball carriers were stopped at the gainline they didn't have a plan b. Man of the match should have been Toner. I think he carried most, put in a serious amount of hits and anyone who puts O'Connell on his arse twice in one game deserves it IMO

Re: Ireland's forgotten Five Nations title

Thing is, in the past I remember us being excited about a Triple crown but not for a Grand Slam or Championship. For example in 82 we were ecstatic with Ollie kicking us to victory against Scotland but there was bugger all interest in our match in Paris. Perhaps cause it was 1 mth after the Scotlan...

Re: Who will replace BOD at 13?

Has Kirchner played much at centre? As there is no standout candidate I'd like to see him tried there. You just never know, remember Isa was very ordinary when he first arrived and played at 10. It was only when he moved to full back that he became the player he was.

Thanks Domhnall. I'm not just looking for victims but you are right. A person can be aware of it happening but not be involved. I have edited the question.

Bullying at work

Do you have two minutes to take an anonymous survey? I'm researching any possible link between bullying at work and the impact on productivity. If you have time I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Re: Rabo Final 25th May

Am thinking about trying to get a touchline but worried view might be a bit restricted - might just go for the South Stand instead (our usual Grandstand section is not available and not forking out €60 odd for the Anglesea Stand). I wouldn't go near the touchline seats. They are not touchline, they...

Yeah there is that. Which is two pints (in some pubs!) So I guess you'll just have to a be little more drink-conscience this year! If you don't mind the small inconvenience of a back pack you can save a small fortune over the course of the season. I know I do. RDS drink prices are madness. I never ...

Sad to see him go. As I understand it he's putting his health first. Thank you Isa.

Everyone will talk about the try v Leicester but my stand out moment is a tackle he made on Niall O'Connor a few years ago v Ulster. I don't think the poor chap knew where he was for about 3 days :green clap:

What I heard is that the injury may be worse than expected and he's thinking about calling it a day. Very sad if true. I hope my source is wrong.

Re: Congratulations Clermont!

Yes, a fantastic group of supporters. But the Leinster fans were very generous in defeat. After the match I engaged in the tradition of exchanging hats, scarves and flags. The Clermont fans couldn't get enough Leinster gear and I ended up leaving the stadium wearing a Clerment scarf and a yellow ber...

I missed the 2nd half due to unforseen circumstances. Can I take it from this that, despite our best efforts, we managed to grind that one out. I was impressed with Isa and Goodman in the first half. Anyone stand out in the 2nd? I'll have to watch again but first impressions are that Leo did so muc...
