Re: New Kit 18/19 Season - Adidas
Seems we're not going to get a standard fit black training jersey after all. Instead we'll get a replica T-Shirt for which we'll be asked to pay €55 which is significantly higher than the price of the regular performance tee at €38. Those 4 stars (still off center) demand a high premium it seems.

Re: New Kit 18/19 Season - Adidas
Is it just me - the prices on the lifestyle sports are lower now. e.g. the polo is €40 rather than 45, the black training jersey is €90 rather than €100, Beanie is €21rather than €25. Everything seems to have been dropped a bit. Maybe a discount on early sales or something? Suspect you've been look...

Last year, we had to wait until August 22nd for the fixture dates. Hope they can manage it sooner this year.

Re: Leinster's Halfback Options going forward
Would much preferred to have seen Carberry go to Ulster and play alongside Cooney. Moving him to Munster just doesn't sit right with me at all and I fully expect him to be used at 15 as much as a 10 there.

Scarlets players suffering from 'Carpet Burn' and unable to train apparently  - http://www.scarletfever.org/forum/scarlets-unable-to-train-yesterday-fully-today_topic44582.html Joking aside, I suppose these artificial pitches do bring their own problems. Do players suffer the same after playing...

From what I can see it was the second week of August last year so a few more weeks to wait yet.

Re: Ulster vs Leinster tickets
I may have 2 spare East Terrace tickets. My wife and her sister were very keen to go but now say don't mind if me and my brother in law go to the match on our own. In truth they only really wanted a night out and hotel stay in Belfast. I'll make them go to the match unless someone on here wants the...

Re: Castres v Leinster
UPC have confirmed they won't be showing the Castes away game, as UPC don't offer the red button service. If watching the game on Sky Go is there a red button option? I don't think so. Actually I think you can watch some red button games live via their Event Centre site - http://www.skysports.com/e...

Re: Leinster Arrangements for 6 Nations Tickets
I only applied for the French match and just got an e-mail telling me that I was successful having applied for 2 tickets.I'm very pleased as the e-mail said that the tickets were vastly oversubscribed. All I need now is tickets for the match against Italy in Rome the following weekend and I'll be s...

I presume teams will be announced tomorrow at lunch, even though it's Sunday game? Also, unusual question, but does anyone know of any bars/gastro pubs around the Ballsbridge area that will be showing both the Monaco Grand Prix and the Baabaa's match? See the Grand Prix starts at 1pm, and will prob...

Re: Reading based fans
If you prefer a proper type pub rather than the generic superpubs then try this place (The gateway) in Reading. http://www.reading-irish-pub.co.uk/ Used to go there when I lived there when it was a Scruffy Murphys and had good craic there a couple of years back for the London Irish match. Only a cou...

Re: H-Cup semi final venue
Stayed there in 2007 for the WC and the area that the Ibis/Etap etc is in is the business district but it's fine. As you say there's a tram stop very nearby at the courts building from what I remember and the Connemara Irish pub is only a couple of minutes walk away towards city center. Would be sur...
