Re: The Scott Fardy Appreciation Thread

 Fardy has been a great signing and a great leader

Re: Rainbow Cup Rd 1: Saturday, 24 April: Leinster v Munster – KO 7.35pm, RDS Arena

Is it time to gamble a little with half an eye on the HCC S/F the following week. Munster were very flat in the Pro final so it's resonable to assume that they will up it significantly for a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Gamble number one, start HOS with LMcG on the bench if JGP isn't avail...

Re: Loosehead Prop going forward

It's likely Healy will still be involved with Ireland next season with the RWC a maybe. The issue for both Ireland is a lack of depth at LH. Moving Porter to LH would be robbing Peter to pay Paal and as another poster has pointed out TH is game changing position. Not having a good TH can lose you a ...

It's like reading a sex scene from an Ayn Rand novel.
Had to look up who she was, tbh was expecting a mills&boon type author rather than an intellectual heavyweight.
Objectivists might baulk at your comparison ronk.
Had to look objectivists up.
Jaysus lads will you lower the brow there.

Leinster have announced new contracts for hooker James Tracy, veteran free-scoring and decorated wing Dave Kearney and forward Ross Molony and are set to extend Devin Toner’s record-breaking stay for another year. https://www.independent.ie/sport/rugby/leinster-rugby/tracy-kearney-and-molony-sign-n...

Re: Michael Alaalatoa signs for Leinster

The post Healy ERA (he's a true legend.) Dooley and Byrne will be our LHs Porter and Furlong our THs With Byrne, Porter and Furlong away s lot we needed a TH of at least Bent's level in the scrum. Dooley imho is a better scrummager than Byrne and it's easy to see that he could displace Byrne in the ...

Nucifora’s, Dawson’s & Leo’s contracts will all be up in 2022.
To paraphrase Meatloaf: two outta three renewals wouldn't be bad.
Only if it's the two you really want and we all know which two we want.

Simon Thomas is a nice guy who seems to be the mouthpiece of the moaning regional fans who long for an anglo English league and hate the pro 14 The reality is the regions are not going to be in an anglo English league anytime soon so we have to face facts and make the best of the league we are in H...

Re: Michael Alaalatoa signs for Leinster

Unless porter is switching this is an absolutely crazy signing. Very disappointed. Foreign players should really add to the squad. Not be third choice in their position Our third choice tighthead prop probably starts more games than any other third choice in Europe - as our first and second choice ...

Chiefs fan here. Finally plucked up the courage to read your comments on your board. You were well deserved winners and there has not been a comment on our board disputing this. As to the non yellow/ red cards for the head shots, can we call this as pay off for Healey not being sent off for the hea...

Re: Leinster Rugby announce plans for Rapid Antigen Testing Pilot

Kind of raises the issue of vaccination passports. 1. If one has received their first vaccination more than two weeks before the event are they likely to test positive for either the Antigen and/or the PCR tests. 2. If one has received their second vaccination more than two weeks before the event a...

Re: European Cup Semi-Final: Away to La Rochelle

TBH we shouldn't be talking Rog, Jonno, Lar or anyone else up, for that matter. We're the match of any team in the competition. Our coaching ticket are as good or better than any around and that includes International level. On top of that, Leinster are virtually a full nternational team. Our two ma...
