Re: Wasps V Leinster Jan 2015
Does anyone have any information on where is good to go out in Coventry pre/post the game? Will there be much going on around the ground?

Re: Finance related Master Porgrammes
would you consider accountancy exams? been working in banking for 7 years and from what I have seen (and from personal experience) doing the exams, be it CIMA, ACA or ACCA is something which stands out more than a masters. I did ACA through a bank but would recommend ACCA as it fits better from a st...

Cannot recall the specifics but there are provisions to prevent directors loans which are for the purpose of a distribution in irish revenue legislation.ror wrote:Or he could borrow money from his company similar to what Jimmy Carr was doing..

Tax system is nearly irrelevant what guys now do now is contract in their services through an offshore vehicle. So if Johnny owns a company in Jersey BVI or Bahamas etc etc. Companies there pay no tax. So Johnny company contracts his services to the French club via his Offshore Company and Invoices...

Re: The RDS 'Faithful'
In fairness saturday was a bit of an exception to the norm with both funderland and the young scientist exhibition on wothin a 100 metres of the game. this added to the difficulties in getting in and out which impacted on people getting home. there also seems to be a certain section who believe them...

Re: Match Day Experience Becoming a Circus
It was the east upper, over towards the corner. I'd agree with the sentiment here about all the fanfare but at the end of the day it is days like saturday (where we attract 40k+ fans) that mean we can keep the big names, both players and coach. I will also admit that I went out during te first half ...

Re: Season Ticket holder not renewing
I didn't renew for the first time since moving to the RDS. My reasons were that I'm gong to miss minimum 3 home games and there were too many early saturday kick offs of sunday afternoon kick offs the last few years which generally annoy me as I like my few pints after the games. Having said that I'...

Show your colours!
Normally in other years there is something on this forum encouraging people to display flags etc but can't see one this year.
Bar a few car flags I haven;t seen as many flags about as usual so come on everyone and show your colours!!! Get your flags and banners flying to support the lads!

Re: Friday's rant
Half an hour waiting for a bus on the N11 this morning!! In that time I counted 13 buses passing and a total of 5 people getting on them as the rest were full. By the time i decided to give up and get a taxi there were roughly 70/80 people at the bus stop. If this is a sign of things to come I might...

When is this going to be announced? Would it not be better to have it announced so people could buy a tshirt in advance and plan to go to whatever event may be happening to mark the occassion??

Would have thought there would be a thread up for this already. Have my bets on early doors for today. My picks today 1.30 Steps to freedom is my pick for this. Gallileos Choice seems to be favourite but this is a grade up so could be a stretch imo 2.05 Al Ferof (Opposing Sprinter Sacre here but PP ...

Restaurants near the Gate
I am going to the Gate on THursday evening and plan on going to get something to eat beforehand.
The problem is the play starts at 7.30 and I won't be getting to the City Centre until about 7.
Does anyone have any suggestions on places to eat either close to or on the way to the Gate?
Cheers

Kielys will be open at around 5.45. Although i'd advise not to be late as there won't be any seats left. The breakfast is pretty good too!

Re: Receivers appointed to Superquinn
What may happen is that the suppliers are paid for the stock in hand. i.e. the stock currently in the shops.
I cannot see the suppliers being paid for amounts due other than this. Especially since Musgraves will more than likely already have preferred suppliers in place.

Re: Receivers appointed to Superquinn
Doesn't bode well for the suppliers. Receiver would be appointed to burn all creditors. The receiver is obliged to seek out the best recovery for the company. This is usualy proven through a marketing process. It will be interesting to see whether this stands up here. The guarantors may be able to a...
