Paul Loughran and Joe O'Connor are trekking to Everest Basecamp in October to help raise funds and awareness for Fighting Blindness. They have already raised 9,500 euro and are continuing to raise money.

Win or bust. That was the task facing Leinster as they arrived in Cardiff on a wet Friday. A bonus point win would seal it, but a win was vital to have hope of succeeding where they had come so close the previous year.

Cardiff provided a bleak welcome as it had been raining heavily for most of the day. Just before kick off however the clouds parted. A good omen? The next eighty minutes would reveal all.

So it all comes down to this. Leinster go to the Cardiff Arms Park tomorrow night knowing a bonus point win will guarantee them the Magners League title, regardless of what the Ospreys do the next day. If Leinster win without a bonus point they will be depending on the Borders pulling off a major shock by drawing with or beating the Ospreys. Of course the Ospreys have the advantage of knowing exactly what they'll have to do the next day. This is of course ridiculous. Back in 2004 and 2006, when the league came down to the last round of games, all the teams in contention were made to play their final games at the same time. This time however, the League's organisers have bowed to the wishes of the TV broadcasters, a decision that will do nothing for the credibility of the league.
